How long does it take for my carpet to dry?
On average, your carpet will be dry in as little as 1 hour.
Do I need to vacuum before you clean my carpet?
NO, that is our job. That is part of our service.
Do you move furniture?
We can move light furniture upon customers request when cleaning. We do not move heavy furniture pieces, breakables and electronics.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
On average, cleaning a typical home will take about 2 too 2 ½ hours.
Can you guarantee removal of my stains?
We’re stain removal experts. We will give it our best shot to make your stains go away. Unfortunately some stains are permanent.
Do you have appointment arrival windows?
To ensure customer satisfaction, we have our arrival window time of 30 min. On the day of your appointment, we will call you when we’re on our way.
If I have stains that won't come out from a standard clean, will it cost more?
No, our pricing includes spot treatments.
I have pet stains and/or pet odor. Can you treat this? how much will it cost?
We specialize in pet stains and odor control. We will inspect your carpet with a UV blacklight to pinpoint where the stains are and provide options for treatment.
Do you offer Scotchgard™
We recommend (and so does the manufacturer) protecting your carpet with a product like ScotchGard. This helps in preventing re-soiling and makes it easy to clean up stains. We can apply it after the cleaning. Carpet protector can be applied on upholstery too.
Am I able to walk on my carpet right after they are cleaned?
Yes! although we recommend wearing shoe covers until it’s fully dry. Your technician will provide shoe covers upon request to prevent re-soiling while the carpet is still drying.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.
Do I have to pay tax or any other fees for your service?
We’re transparent about our service and don’t hide any costs. Our pricing we give you from an on-site estimate is the price you will pay. No extra charges, No hidden costs.
Are your technicians background checked, drug screened and trained?
All of our technicians are background checked, drug screened and given thorough continuous training and on-the-job safety training.
Do you offer any other services beyond carpet cleaning?
Yes! We have several other services we offer. We offer Specialized oriental rug cleaning in our facility. tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, wood floor cleaning, RV upholstery cleaning and more.
How often should I clean my carpet?
Depending on if you have kids, pets, wear your shoes in the house, etc., we typically recommend every 6-12 months.
If my carpet is in bad condition, will you tell me if it needs to be replaced?
Before cleaning, we do a thorough pre-inspection. If we think your carpet looks like it needs to be replaced, we will tell you and recommend replacing your carpet.
